What happens when the trial ends?
You decide whether to continue. You are never charged automatically. To keep going, you add a payment card. If not, the account simply stops, and we keep your data for 90 days in case you change your mind.
Do we need to be technical to use Avedio?
No. Avedio is made for churches, not IT departments. Signing up takes a couple of minutes, and a setup checklist shows you the next steps, one at a time. If you get stuck, we help you personally.
Are regular members free?
Yes. Members cost nothing, no matter how many you are. You only pay 0.99 euros per month for each volunteer and administrator. A church with 1 administrator and 20 volunteers pays 20.79 euros per month plus taxes, for example.
Can we import our member list and data?
Yes. You can upload a spreadsheet, bring data across directly from Planning Center, or send us the file. Using a different system? Contact us and we will help you get the data in.
How do you handle personal data?
Avedio follows the GDPR. Data is stored on secure servers in the EU, and we never sell it. Your church owns its own data and can have everything exported or deleted. Read more in our privacy policy.
How do we get help if we get stuck?
Email contact@avedio.app and a real person who knows the product will answer. We are happy to help with setup, imports, and the first choices at no extra cost.
Can we cancel at any time?
Yes, there is no lock-in. You can cancel at any time, and the subscription simply runs out the period you have already paid for.
